After the recently released Escalation map pack, Activision has announced the first details for the new pack, Annihilation. With 4 brand-new maps for multiplayer action including the following; Hangar 18 will take place in a war hangar for close to mid-quarters combat. Next is Silo, which takes place at an old Russian nuclear war head site. Also coming is Drive in which pits players against each other at a drive in. Finally we have Hazard which is a re-imagining of World At War's Cliffside map with a major graphic uplift. Finally, out of all this COD goodness is the next Zombies map, Shangri-La. Taking place in a jungle, players will take the role as the original cast having to survive the constant hordes of zombies, booby trap, and more monkeys. Will Annihilation be as good as it sounds? We will have to wait until June 28th to find out.
